Sent on your terms
A shared transcript is a locked webpage file. The other person opens it in any web browser, on a computer or a phone, and types the password you gave them separately. There's nothing to install, and it unlocks inside their browser, never on a server. Keep a log of what you've sent, if you need one.

TaciVox needs the internet exactly once. After that, it doesn't need a signal at all.
